5-Drawer and 10-Drawer Steel Flat Files

Our 5-drawer and 10-drawer models provide a reliable place to store all your valuable graphics. Files are modular so they can be used individually or in a space-saving stack. Expert engineering assures you maximum function and years of service. Warranted for 5 years.

Closed Base raises files 6" off the floor for protection and easier access. Front is recessed 23.4" from file for toe space. Holds up to five files. Assembles easily. High Base raises files 20" off the floor. Base has enclosed back and sides with an open front for extra storage space. Sturdy all-steel construction. Holds up to two files. Easy assembly. Optional field installable Lock Kit includes lock and 2 keys.

A. 5-Drawer Steel Flat File
Versatile file stores up to 500 sheets per unit active filing, 750 sheets of semi-active or 1,000 sheets of inactive material. Five large-capacity 21.8" deep drawers in three cabinet sizes.

B. 10-Drawer Steel Flat File
Ideal for high traffic project storage areas. Ten 11.8" deep drawers allow the easy retrieval of materials.

Self-sticking 11" plastic sections for 5-drawer flat file provide easy separation of materials. Easily cut to customize size.

D. Plan File Portfolio

Vertical Filing Systems

A. Hanging Clamp
Extruded aluminum clamps are the key to hanging file systems. Black wing knobs provide extra strong, balanced gripping tension and are guaranteed for life. Clamps hold up to 100 sheets or 20 lbs. Clear plastic label holders included. Clamp is made of natural aluminum with black wing knobs and end caps. Clamps sold in cartons of six.

B. Mobile Stand
Popular, self-contained storage system features steel construction with four 3" ball bearing swivel casters (front 2 lock). Holds up to 12 Hanging Clamps (order separately) in Pivot Brackets (included) that swing open for easy access to contents. Easy set up.

C. Data File & Extension
Accessory to the 5026 Mobile Stand. The data file attaches directly above the clamps to provide additional storage for documents relating to the hanging materials.

D. Mobile Plan Center
Self-contained storage system features steel construction with four ball bearing swivel casters (2 lock). Width adjusts to fit 24 to 42 size Hanging Clamps (order separately). Mobile Plan Center holds up to 18 clamps that simply drop in and lift out. Easy set up.

E. Mobile Vertical File
Economical stand is built to withstand the rigors of a construction environment and is equally at home in design offices. Features steel construction with four ball bearing swivel casters (2 lock). Width adjusts to fit 24" to 36" Hanging Clamps (order separately). Mobile Vertical File holds up to 12 clamps that simply drop in and lift out. Easy set up.

F. Rolling Project File
Tubular steel frame with chrome wire supports. Accommodates up to twelve 18" Hanging Clamps, 18"W x 14"H folders, letter size folders and legal size folders (not included). Tucks neatly under most work surfaces. Includes four swivel casters (2 locking) for easy mobility.

I. Pivot Wall Rack
Mounts directly to wall for space saving storage. Holds up to 12 Hanging Clamps (order separately) in Pivot Brackets (included). Installation is recommended on wall studs or a solid-backed wall surface.

J. Cubicle Wall Rack
Designed for today’s office environment, this drop lift wall rack easily fits over a solid partition wall to keep current projects handy in a minimum of space. Holds six hanging clamps (sold separately) that hang 12" from top of wall. Steel Rack extends less than 6" from wall and fits over panels up to 31.4" thick. Holds up to 600 sheets. Includes mounting hardware.

K./L. Vertical Storage Cabinets
Heavy-duty steel enclosed cabinets provide dust-free secured storage for valuable and confidential materials. Cabinet holds up to 12 Hanging Clamps (clamps sold separately) on a suspended track that smoothly slides in and out on steel ball-bearing rollers. Piano hinged steel reinforced door can be mounted on left or right and comes with key locked handle. Shipped set up. Tropic Sand finish.

M. Vertical Storage Cabinet
Storage for materials up to 14"H x 18"W. Each drawer will hold twenty-four 18" Hanging Clamps (sold separately) or hanging folders (sold separately). Clamps and folders may be combined in same drawer. Key lock included. Tropic Sand finish. Shipped set up.

Desk Side Roll Files

A./B. Wire Roll Files
Reduce filing and retrieval time with these handy files. Both styles are constructed of heavy gauge steel rod with white plastic coating and feature four swivel casters for easy mobility. Assembly required.

E./F. Chrome Wire Roll Files
Attractive chrome plated units are constructed from heavy-gauge steel rod. Four swivel casters allow easy mobility to point-of-use. Grandstand design provides easy identification of contents. Simple assembly - unfold unit and drop in base and grids.

G./H. Upright Roll Files
Store and organize up to 20 rolls with these compact desk side units. Each file is constructed of durable corrugated fiberboard in an attractive Walnut woodgrain finish. Square tube openings are reinforced with plastic molding to prevent tears and snags. Assembles quickly and easily.

I. Mobile Roll Files
Sturdy particle board construction. 2" swivel casters for easy mobility. Grandstand design with square tubes. Two cabinets, five tube configurations that store rolled materials up to 7" in diameter. Assembles quickly and easily. Textured Putty vinyl laminate finish.

J. Steel Roll Files
Heavy steel construction with anti-racking design. Stackable for high volume storage. Square fiberboard tubes are reinforced with aluminum molding. Reversible door for left or right opening includes label grid for easy identification of content. Tropic Sand finish. Shipped assembled.

K. Corrugated Roll Files
Corrugated fiberboard shell is two layers thick and reinforced by a steel frame. Stackable up to four high for high volume storage. Dust resistant doors with label grids keep materials clean. Tropic Sand finish. Shipped assembled.

L. Tube-Stor KD Roll Files
Low-cost system for storage. Corrugated fiberboard construction with wood side panels for strength, allows stacking for high volume storage. Tube length adjuster tabs at 24", 30", 36". White finish. Assembles quickly and easily. Packed 2 per carton.
